OST observes the ten federal holidays during the year, including two floating holidays.

Paid Time Off

Full time employees earn paid time off calculated according to their anniversary date. Under this policy, employees have the flexibility to allocate time off according to their personal needs.

Public Transit Benefit

Employees at locations convenient to public transit can elect to enroll into the SmartBenefits plan. This will allow the employee access to a pre-tax deduction to cover the cost of commuting using public transportation options with monthly rates up to IRS allowable limit.

Employee Referral Program

The employee referral program provides an incentive award beginning at $500 for current full time employees who bring new talent to the organization by referring applicants who are subsequently selected and successfully employed.


OST has a performance based discretionary incentive plan to reward individuals and teams that excel. This includes spot awards, individual performance rewards, and substantial team performance rewards for supporting the growth of the business, achieving other companywide goals, while personifying our core values.

401(k) Plan

OST’s 401(k) plan allows employee a pre-tax contribution up to IRS statutory ceiling. Employer matching of up to 50% of 6% begins on the one year anniversary of employment. A financial advisor is also available to all participating employees.

Health Insurance

Eligible employees and dependents are eligible for comprehensive medical coverage and vision rider plan through CareFirst. Employee costs are deducted on a pre-tax basis per pay period. OST pays the majority of the employee's insurance cost and provides a provision to add a spouse and/or dependents (employees are responsible for additional premiums).

Dental Insurance

Dental coverage is offered at very favorable rates provided by MetLife. Eligible employees can choose from high and low dental plan options to best fit their needs. Vision coverage discounts are also provided through MetLife.

Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D)

Eligible employees are provided life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance at no cost.

Business Travel Insurance

Business Travel Insurance is available at no cost to employees, and provides accidental death and dismemberment benefits if an employee is involved in an accident while traveling for company business.

Short (STD) and Long-Term Disability (LTD) Insurance

OST offers both long and short term disability to eligible employees at no cost.

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)

Pre-tax deductions are available for healthcare and dependent care up to the IRS regulated annual maximum.

Learning and Development

OST offers a number of company paid education and training opportunities for employees to advance in their career paths. Full tuition reimbursement is available for up to three approved, job-related, graduate courses per year.

Professional Memberships

OST participates in over seven professional forums. Employees are encouraged to participate in these Associations to broaden their knowledgebase. Additional Professional Memberships pertaining to work specific areas are available on a case-by-case basis.
