PEO STRI SETA II Transition Plan
Team OST began planning for this transition in January of 2015. OST has proven experience in transitioning large programs and incumbent staff with no degradation in service to our customer. We have developed a detailed transition work plan and schedule, formed a transition team led by a retired Army Colonel with extensive experience in both working with PEO STRI and managing transition for large programs including the previous PEO STRI SETA transition. Our transition plan is designed to retain the current workforce and align management processes to ensure zero impact to PEO STRI program operations.
