Director of Contracts
Tianna Sousa is the Director of Contracts at OST, Inc., where she leads the company’s Contracts Management Team and oversees a $400M+ portfolio encompassing federal (Civilian and DoW) and SLED (State, Local, and Education) markets. As OST’s senior authority on contractual matters, she directs the organization’s contract strategy, compliance, negotiation, and execution activities—ensuring operational excellence and adherence to complex regulatory frameworks.
With more than a decade of contract management experience across healthcare, government, and corporate sectors, Tianna brings a strategic, solutions-oriented approach to managing risk, optimizing contract performance, and aligning business objectives with regulatory obligations. She serves as a key advisor to executive leadership, driving modernization initiatives, process improvements, and enterprise-wide compliance programs that support OST’s mission-driven growth.
Tianna earned her Bachelor’s degree from Howard University and her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law. Known for her collaborative leadership style and commitment to ethical excellence, she helps build high-performing teams and fosters a culture of accountability, innovation, and trust.
