Lead Business Development, Civilian Sector

Georgianna Crosby brings over two decades of leadership in business development, customer experience strategy, and government contracting to her role at OST. As Lead of Business Development for the Civilian Sector, she leverages her extensive background in capture management, client engagement, and contact center operations to drive growth and strategic partnerships across federal civilian agencies.

Prior to joining OST, she was the CEO and Co-Founder of Black Turtle Services, a women-owned small business specializing in high-performance, multi-channel contact centers for both government and private clients. Her career includes leadership roles at PivotCX, Customer Value Partners, and R.L. Polk & Company, with a consistent focus on optimizing customer experience and delivering measurable results.

With a deep understanding of federal agency missions and procurement priorities, Georgianna is committed to aligning OS’s capabilities with the evolving needs of civilian clients. Over the course of her career, she has supported a wide range of federal clients, including the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Department of Education, and the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). Her ability to translate client goals into actionable solutions helps ensure that every engagement delivers lasting value, mission impact, and operational excellence.
