Chief Financial Officer
Jim Bottorff is the Chief Financial Officer of OST, Inc., bringing more than three decades of strategic financial leadership in the government and technology sectors. Since joining OST in October 2023, Jim has led the company’s financial strategy, ensuring operational efficiency, fiscal accountability, and sustainable long-term growth. He oversees a highly skilled staff across numerous functional disciplines including Accounting, Corporate and Program Finance, Treasury, Pricing, Contracts Operations, Legal, and Merger & Acquisition activities.
Prior to joining OST, Jim was the Chief Financial Officer of HighPoint Digital, Inc., a large provider of services to many federal agencies, which he joined after serving as Chief Financial Officer of North America for Idemia. Before that, Jim spent over two decades at General Dynamics in increasingly complex financial leadership and executive roles, ultimately serving for 12 years as the Chief Financial Officer for the Health and Civilian Solutions Division at General Dynamics Information Technology. Throughout his career, he has overseen financial operations for enterprises ranging from $40 million to $1.7 billion in annual revenue, consistently driving profitability, improving operational performance, and leading successful integrations of major acquisitions.
Jim is known for his disciplined approach to financial planning and analysis, cost management, and business transformation. He has a proven track record of aligning financial strategy with organizational objectives in highly regulated environments, particularly across federal, defense, health, and civilian markets.
