Vice President of Accounting & Finance
Linda Rasamny serves as Vice President of Accounting and Finance at OST, bringing over two decades of industry experience in finance, accounting, pricing, compliance, and tax. Her portfolio includes overseeing financial operations for federal, state, and local government clients.
Since joining OST in 2006, Linda has held several roles of increasing responsibility and led multiple finance transformation initiatives, including the implementation of enterprise-wide systems. She is recognized for her expertise in DCAA compliance, government cost accounting, indirect rate strategy, and audit management. Linda leads the company’s pricing team, developing competitive models that have contributed to winning key contracts and driving long-term revenue growth. She is also a key advisor to the executive team, delivering insights that support corporate decision-making and strategic alignment.
A graduate of Rafael Belloso Chacín University with a B.S. in Accounting (Cum Laude), Linda holds several professional certifications, including SAFe Foundations and Government Cost Accounting.
