Mary Homer is the Director of Human Capital Management at OST. She has over 20 years of experience in human capital management, recruitment, and organizational development. She aligns OST’s goals with HCM initiatives. Mary is skilled in implementing HR systems and leading projects to improve operations and employee experience.

Mary partners with executive leadership on human capital initiatives covering recruitment, benefits, compliance, and employment law. She led the implementation of a comprehensive HRIS system, integrating various HR functions. She also developed initiatives to enhance employee engagement and streamline processes.

Earlier in her career, managed a Human Capital Management department, introducing cost-effective recruitment and onboarding strategies, which improved candidate experience and reduced hiring time. She also directed resource allocation strategies and established standardized disciplinary procedures and employee handbooks. She implemented training programs to enhance recruiting team capabilities.

Mary’s expertise includes full life cycle recruitment, benefits design, HRIS implementation, policy development, training, employee relations, strategic workforce planning, and data analysis. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and is certified as a PHR, SHRM-CP, and CIR.
