Vice President of Solutions Architecture
Patrick Alcorn is the OST Vice President of Solutions Architecture, bringing over 25 years of experience delivering enterprise technology solutions across the federal government landscape. Throughout his career, Patrick has led high-impact solution architecture efforts for agencies such as the U.S. Space Force, Department of Justice, Internal Revenue Service, Social Security Administration, NASA, and the U.S. Coast Guard.
Patrick has held a range of senior roles at other firms, where he led global teams in cybersecurity, advanced analytics, and solution enablement. He has guided the development and deployment of innovative technologies to combat cyber threats, prevent fraud, and integrate complex data ecosystems. His technical expertise spans big data platforms, zero-trust security models, cloud infrastructure, and mission-aligned analytics.

Patrick holds a master’s degree in cybersecurity policy and compliance from George Washington University and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Texas A&M University.
