Vice President of Federal Civil Sector
Robert Wilkison brings a unique blend of Information Technology, Engineering, Policy, Business Services, and Program Management experience supporting both the public and private sectors. His twenty yearsof government programmatic experience allows him to understand the challenges of public sector programs, but he will augment that with the innovation and efficiencies he has obtained in his twenty years supporting private sector companies.
With extensive recent experience leading complex programs for DHS, DOC, DOT and Treasurypluspast experience managing engineering programs for the US Air Force and Navy he has the strong product management expertise to effective serve all of OST’s extensive client base. His recent significant initiatives include leading major projects for the National Flood Insurance Program, the Federal Aviation Administration, the National Telecommunications and Information Administration, and the Internal Revenue Service. Robert understands the intricate needs and operational landscapes of government clients and is prepared to adapt to operational, budget, and changing mission challenges.
Complementing this, Robert possesses robust product management experience. He has held leadership roles where he was responsible for the full lifecycle of product development, from definition and design to implementation and quality assurance. His experience includes leading program management for enterprise solutions and driving process improvements. He has a proven track record of transforming operations, increasing efficiency, and improving customer satisfaction.
By integrating these key areas of expertise, Robert is highly equipped to lead OST’s product development efforts within the CTO Organization. His understanding of government programmatic needs and private sector capabilities ensures that the products and solutions developed will be directly relevant and valuable to public sector clients.
