Scott Cade brings over 25 years of executive leadership experience in government services, government contracting, and nonprofit organizations with a proven track record in strategic planning, client engagement, and operational performance. As Vice President of Business Development for the SLED (State, Local, and Education) sector at OST, Scott leads initiatives to expand partnerships and drive growth across public sector markets.
Scott has successfully managed multimillion-dollar portfolios and led large teams supporting critical programs such as Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, and child support services. His leadership has consistently delivered improved service delivery, increased client satisfaction, and award-winning innovation in public program administration.
A licensed attorney and graduate of Albany Law School and Johns Hopkins University, Scott is also an Honorary Lifetime Member and former President of the National Child Support Engagement Association.
