McLean, VA, February 2020: The Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) awarded OST, Inc. an Information Technology Staff Augmentation Contract (ITSAC). OST already supports federal emergency response efforts in Texas, and looks forward to expanding their services to the state government under this program. This new contract, awarded in November, provides customers the ability to issue a Solicitation to OST for IT staff members who possess the technical skills required by the customer on an hourly basis. OST will provide IT staff augmentation services for more than 20 labor categories, plus comprehensive management of the staff.
OST currently supports the IT needs of 22 state and local governments with a wide range of technical services from administrative and project management to enterprise application development, help desk support, data services, telecommunications, training, and Information Security.
