BIOGRAPHY

Joe has over 27 years in the US Navy, serving as an enlisted officer in active and reserve capacities, and recently served a tour in Iraq from 2009 to 2010 as an Intelligence Officer supporting a National Joint Task Force. Joe retired from the Navy Reserves in December 2010 as a Commanding Officer of a Naval Intelligence Reserve Unit in Washington, DC. He has worked in corporate America since 1997 and held jobs as COO, Line Manager, Vice President of Operations, Vice President of Division(s), and Vice President of Business Development in Federal, Defense, and Intelligence Community arenas.

Joe’s successful career spans Fortune 500 and small companies in many leadership positions. Joe has experience with Business Unit Leadership, Profit/Loss management, technical and engineering support, intelligence cycle support, business development, and line management of large and small programs.

Joe’s tremendous experience and organizational skills will greatly benefit our company as we continue to grow and expand our services throughout the Intelligence Community and Department of Defense agencies. He holds a BS in History from the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD, and an MS in Systems Engineering from The George Washington University in Washington, DC.
