BIOGRAPHY

Kevin leads the Growth Operations team, developing and executing strategies designed to significantly grow the company and enhance its assets. He spent 20 years as an active duty US Air Force officer and 14+ years in the Defense and Aerospace industries, specializing in advanced technology development, operations, and support to the warfighter. Kevin has significant experience in spacecraft and payload development, C4ISR, high-performance computing, and Agile software development. One of his greatest talents is building teams to efficiently pursue mission-critical programs.

Prior to joining OST, Kevin held executive positions with several defense companies, leading strategic planning and business capture teams of all sizes. He has 34 years of experience in the DoD and Intelligence Community (IC), developing cutting-edge technology for classified satellite systems, communication satellite ground stations, cybersecurity operation centers, and Agile software development programs. He has led R&D teams to develop missile warning systems and Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) technology, and was instrumental in establishing the High Performance Computing Software Applications Institute for Space Situational Awareness (HSAI-SSA).

Kevin holds an Executive MBA from the University of Colorado, MS in Space Systems Engineering from the Air Force Institute of Technology, and a BSEE from Colorado Technical University. He is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a member of the 451 Alliance, a member-driven think tank that tracks changes in enterprise IT such as cybersecurity, 5G implementation, and the Internet of Things (IoT). He lives in Leesburg, VA with his wife Pam. They enjoy spending time with family, traveling, and long motorcycle rides on the weekends to visit the many wineries in Virginia.
