BIOGRAPHY

Paul Planzer is a highly experienced professional in the aviation industry with a remarkable career spanning over 25 years.  As the FAA/DOT Client Executive, he leverages his extensive global expertise to implement corporate strategies effectively.

Before his tenure at OST, Paul established and successfully operated his aviation consulting firm, bringing together prominent aviation executives worldwide to collaborate on solving complex challenges and achieving favorable outcomes.

Paul commenced his career as a Flight Services Operations and Procedures Specialist, where he played a key role in developing comprehensive training programs and successfully established the FSS Ops center.  His dedication and proficiency led to his promotion to a Business Development Executive position, overseeing company capture and business development while managing profit and loss.

Paul holds a Control Tower Operation (CTO) certificate. In addition to his professional accomplishments, he is an avid single-engine pilot with over three decades of flying experience.  Paul lives in Annapolis, where he enjoys spending time on his boat.  He also actively supports soccer as a fervent advocate, leading supporter groups for renowned teams such as the US National team, DC United, and Annapolis Blues FC.
