OST Awarded Prime Contract to Support the Internal Revenue Service with Content Development and Management Services and Support

OST Press Release SymbolWashington, D.C., January 2018 – OST, Inc. (Optimal Solutions and Technologies) was awarded the Content Development and Management Services and Support contract for the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).


OST will support the goal of the IRS to achieve ‘World Class’ status by providing content creation and management, management support services, and quality assurance. OST will provide unique content, information, document management, technical writing, and operational support services for Information Technology (IT) projects within the Applications Development (AD) organization. This will include the Information Returns Intake System (IRIS), Integrated Enterprise Portal (IEP), Release Level of Technical Support (RLTS), Strategy and Planning Quality Assurance groups, and/or other IT project/applications needing similar support. Additionally, skilled and technical writing resources will operate and manage the IT Submission Processing Business HelpDesk, support the Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Quality Audit process, support the preparation and reporting requirements for the Applications Development (AD) Quality Audit, and update the technical content for IRS Information Returns Publications.
