Washington, D.C., September 2018 – OST, Inc. will be sponsoring the 2018 DC Chamber of Commerce 
Technology Forum which will focus on technology jobs and the future of work in the District of Columbia. The forum will be held on Thursday, September 27, 2018 at the National Union Building in Washington, D.C.
Consisting of both presentations by industry speakers and panel discussions, the forum will highlight the information technology (IT) skills gap many companies within The District are facing. With shifting trends and evolving technologies, there is a great abundance of vacant IT positions at many companies.
Attendees of the forum will gain more insight into this topic by:
- Learning about the Fourth Industrial Revolution;
- Hearing and understanding the State of the IT skills gap;
- Discussing how educators, workforce groups, and employers can work together in paving the way for future-ready education systems for the next generation of workers;

With the expectation that the IT skills gap will grow over the coming years, this forum will allow leaders, advocates and changemakers in business, government, labor and education to address creative solutions for attracting talent and upskilling current employees.
