McLean, VA, Sept. 30, 2021 – OST, Inc. a premier systems integrator of technical, administrative and management solutions, has been awarded a five-year $99 million contract to continue serving the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) under the NFIP Standard Operations contract. OST is currently providing FEMA and NFIP with full insurance lifecycle support. For the past 12 years, OST has supported FEMA and NFIP through several natural disasters, including Hurricanes Sandy, Harvey, Irma, Maria, and most recently, Ida.
OST’s work with underwriting, claims, appeals, industry management and regional support is helping to improve the overall user experience for NFIP’s five million policyholders. A flood is devastating, both emotionally and financially.
