Transparency in Coverage
As mandated by the US Department of Health & Human Services, the US Department of Labor and the US Department of the Treasury, OST complies by providing the following link to show in-network negotiated rates for all covered items and services between the United Healthcare plan and in-network providers and out of network allowed amounts paid to and billed charges from, out of network providers for all covered services within a 90 day period.
